The problem
Emerhub provides company incorporation and corporate services across Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Three countries, three teams, and no single system connecting them.
Project tracking lived in spreadsheets. Client documents lived in nested Google Drive folders. Status updates came through Slack messages. When a client engagement crossed countries, handoffs were messy — different folders, different naming conventions, no shared view of where things stood.
The CEO couldn't see the full picture without asking multiple teams in multiple countries for multiple spreadsheets.

Cross-country coordination — Task assignment and visibility across all three offices. Teams in Jakarta, Manila, and Ho Chi Minh City working from the same system.
Reporting — Business performance dashboards per country and consolidated. The CEO sees everything without asking anyone.
