What data we collect and why

Enquiry and lead forms

When you submit a form — whether on our website or through a Facebook Lead Ad — we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any answers you provide to qualification questions (such as team size, annual revenue, or current software spend). We use this information solely to follow up with you about our services.

Contact and booking forms

If you contact us directly or book a discovery call, we collect the details you provide (name, email, company, and message). We use this to respond to your enquiry and arrange meetings.

Website usage data

We use analytics and advertising tools that collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website — including pages visited, time on page, and general location. This helps us understand what content is useful and improve our marketing.

Our website uses cookies and tracking pixels from the following third-party services:

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the third-party tools listed above (analytics, CRM, advertising platforms) to the extent necessary to operate those services. All third parties are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
