While no-code platforms were a great starting point, our clients' needs have grown to require more power, flexibility, and scalability. A standard project team matrix consists of:

How do you communicate with clients during a project?

We practice over-communication as a remote-first company. Our process includes an initial kick-off call, weekly check-ins, and frequent asynchronous communication (e.g., Loom videos, Clickup, Slack) to keep you fully updated across all time zones.

Do you work on existing codebases or projects?

This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We typically conduct a code audit to assess the quality, architecture, and technology stack. If the project aligns with our expertise (e.g., built on a modern stack like React, Python, or Supabase), we are often able to take over and enhance it.

What are your payment terms?

For standard projects, we typically use four 25% installments: one at the start, two during development, and the final payment upon completion. For rolling engagements, we require an upfront fee to begin, followed by fortnightly billing. All invoices are due within 5 days.

Will you maintain the app after it's built?

Yes. We build long-term relationships and do not disappear after launch. We offer post-launch support and maintenance plans to ensure your application remains secure, updated, and can be scaled with new features as your business grows.
