Hi.  I am Stuart "Stu" Ogawa, CEO, Co-Founder of Prosera, Inc.  Prosera delivers B2B vendor management solutions using AI agents, "BluePilots", for Fortune 500 enterprises.  This is my 4th founder/co-founder startup in the Silicon Valley, and I have had C and EVP roles for VC, PE, and publicly traded companies involving Research, Engineering, Product, and Operations.

One of the first Prosera BluePilot applications AZKY co-developed with Prosera involved Recruiter Score ("RS").  The purpose of this application enables in-house recruiters and third party recruiters to perform a SWOT analysis and numerically score each job candidate relative to a job description, and ultimately create an unbiased and forced rank list of candidates - top down.  Instead of spending weeks of time reviewing and analyzing 100's to 1000's job candidate resumes and interviewing candidates with the wrong "fit",  RS recommends which candidates to interview and generates plain English explainability why to interview each candidate...in minutes.

Agile development style and sense of urgency.  If you know specifically what you want, are able to explicitly write detailed product requirement documents, and write detailed use cases along with mock up screens, then AZKY can develop against those very fast.
